headspace Inala

At headspace Inala, we provide access to a multidisciplinary team all under one roof, including:

• Mental health support through psychologists and counsellors
• General health care including sexual health services
• Alcohol and other drug support
• Work and study assistance to help you stay on track or get back into education or employment

All services are free of charge, including psychology sessions (with a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP).

How to Access Our Services:

There’s no wrong door at headspace Inala. You can:

• Make an appointment directly—just walk in or give us a call
• Be referred by a parent, GP, teacher, school guidance officer, or another support person
• Self-refer—you don’t need anyone’s permission to reach out

We’re located inside the Inala PCYC, making it easy to find and access.

Our goal is to reduce the impact of mental health challenges in young people by providing early intervention and holistic support in a safe, inclusive, and youth-friendly environment.
