About Us
Home and Healthy supports people aged 16+ experiencing mental illness who are also homeless or at risk of homelessness. Our role is to support participants to identify their needs, stabilise their situation and work towards their recovery goals. Support could include addressing housing issues, ensuring existing supports are working well, connecting with healthcare and accessing service systems.

YFS is a not-for-profit organisation that backs people in Logan and surrounding areas to overcome adversity and to thrive. Since 1983, we’ve been building people’s capacity to live independently and participate in our local community.
