Highfields & District Kindergarten

Welcome to Highfields & District Kindergarten. We are a double unit Kindergarten with four groups of children. Each group attends for 30 hours over a 5 day fortnight. We cater for children 3.5 years to 5 years of age in the year before they attend prep. Each group of Kindergarten aged children participate in a play-based educational program from the Queensland Curriculum & Assessment Authority approved curriculum: Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline. The program is conducted by our dedicated University Trained Early Childhood Teachers and their Certificate III and Diploma qualified Assistants.
