MercyCare - Amber Youth Wellness Outreach

Our services provide support to assist individuals over the age of 65years to remain as independent as possible in their own home. These services are flexible and include support to participate in social activities or to keep up with the essentials - assistance with everyday household tasks and personal care. There are also many support services available for carers to enable them to take a break.

MercyCare provides services via the following programs:

• Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)
• Home Care Packages (HCP’s)
• National Respite for Carers Program
• Short Term Restorative Care (STRC)
• MercyCare Private Services
