Amber Youth Wellness

Young people 12-25 in Northern Perth Metro with moderate to severe mental health needs who are facing barriers to accessing support are the target demographic. The service provides clients with outreach counselling, case management, youth and peer workers to provide support with life challenges, and access to a Medical Consultant.
