About Us
Nia is a 'movement to music' exercise designed for all levels of fitness & all ages. One hour comprises of warm up, more intensity and cool down based on moves from yoga, Feldenkrais & Alexander technique, to martial arts moves & dance moves all while enjoying an eclectic mix of great music. With Nia there is no right or wrong, the focus being on finding pleasure and conditioning in the moves.
