About Us

The course will start at the picnic area and follow the lake wall towards Rutherford. At the end of the wall (just over the bridge) runners will turn right. Runners will then travel along the gravel track along the western side of the lake. Where the track crosses the railway, runners will turn right and head towards the “Snake Gully” train station, continuing along the track to the locked gate. At the locked gate, runners will turn and retrace their steps back to the finish. The course is flat, with some small rises and is suitable for walkers, runners and parents with prams.
