We are a mental health wellbeing and recovery service offering person-centred, goal-oriented, and solution-focused approaches to dealing with mental health issues and psychosocial disability.

Our aim is to be allies on the recovery journey by providing holistic understanding, recovery planning, coaching, advocacy, support coordination, evaluation, and feedback that integrates kin, community, and ecology.

We are based in Jindabyne and service the Snowy Monaro region from Cooma and Adaminaby to the snow fields.
