Dementia Advisory and Support Services:

Ozcare’s Dementia Advisory and Support Service offers information and support to people with dementia and their families throughout Queensland. For some, this may mean support to go through a diagnosis process, if they are concerned about their memory. For others, it may mean help coming to grips with dementia and providing support and suggestions for facing daily challenges.

We also help people to navigate the aged care system so they are aware of all that’s on offer for people with dementia.

Allied Health:

Our team of allied health professionals, including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Dietitians, Exercise Physiologists and Social Workers, can visit you in your home to help with a range of issues affecting your health and well-being.

Immunisations:

For over 25 years Ozcare has provided immunisation services to Queensland workplaces and schools.

Ozcare’s experienced and professional nurse immunisers host immunisation clinics in-house at workplaces and schools to protect employees, students and businesses against a variety of illnesses and the latest flu strains.
