Physical Disability Australia Ltd provided systemic advocacy for persons with a physical disability across Australia. This has been achieved through the development of social policy pertaining to key areas as well as representation on committees of key importance for people with physical disabilities. PDA receives a small grant from the Department of Social Services for this work.

Physical Disability Australia is a national peak Disability Peoples Organisation (DPO) run by people with physical disability for people with physical disability. PDA was founded 21 years ago. We have over 1,000 members from all Australian States and Territories. Enabling every Australian living with a physical disability to realise their full potential.
