About Us

Southside Community Connections provides recreational activities (e.g bushwalking, lawn bowls, art, photography, aqua aerobics & woodwork) and educational activities in a group situation for people over 25 years with disabilities. Program is administered by Centacare Amelia House Serivces. Covers Balmoral, Bulimba, Cannon Hill, Carina, Carina Heights, Coorparoo, East Brisbane, Greenslopes, Hawthorne, Holland Park, Mt Gravatt East, Murarrie, Norman Park, Woolloongabba.
