Move Well, Live Well Physiotherapy Class 

Monday 10-11am at Clubhouse Moorooka, Koala Rd Moorooka.

If you have started to notice some changes to your balance and want to stay healthy and active for as long as possible, then these physiotherapist-led and evidence-based classes are designed for you.
Research has shown that our balance reduces every decade from our 40s.
These classes will target the various body systems that help us to stay agile on our feet and healthy as we age.

$25 per class. Health Fund Rebates may apply.

Movement Meditation in Nature Class

Fridays at 8.15-9am in the covered area in Koala Park, Vendale Ave Moorooka.

My classes involve mindful movement and breathing in a natural setting with a focus on releasing unnecessary tension (physical, mental and emotional).

I can also tailor a class for your small group, workplace, retreat or other event.

$15 per class.
