Ramsay Swim Staff Ramsay Swim prides itself on a staff training program that ensures all swimmers are taught by highly trained teachers. All teachers new to Ramsay Swim undergo extensive training which includes class observations, buddy teaching, theory practices and internal assessments before they teach their own classes. All staff receive ongoing training and mentoring to ensure they are kept up to date with industry best practices.
