Mackay & District Bowmen Inc

Mackay & District Bowmen Inc. is a family fun sport, we have members from 5 to 80 both male and female so everyone is welcome.

Our club is filled with experienced coaches who are willing to help new shooters out with shooting style and equipment. We have bows and arrows to borrow on your first times at the club so you can get an idea if you like the sport. Our first 2 shoots are free. If you enjoy the sport and wish to carry on you will need to join our club and the Australian Bowhunters Association. We shoot both first and third Sundays of every month, asking shooters to arrive by 8.30 for a 9am start. We shoot both ABA and 3D targets. Drinks and lunch available for minimal costs. Closed in shoes are a must and we suggest a hat. We have 2 ranges both with 20 targets. For any more info please feel free to contact us.
