Stride Hub Caboolture

Stride Hubs provide a ‘one stop shop’ for people aged 18+ with mental health issues and their carers and family members. Stride Hubs (formerly known as Floresco) take a holistic approach to an individuals mental physical and social needs. Participants can access a range of community mental health support. We work with individuals, families and carers, at home and in the community, through group support, mutual support and self-help, personalised support and family and carer support, to provide tailored and holistic programs to enable them to lead functional and fulfilling lives.
