Vista Healthcare provides professional in home Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Ndis Services and Homecare Services to Gold Coast.

Our vibrant team provides evidence-based rehabilitation, manual therapy, motivation, equipment prescription and education.

We deliver one-to-one assessments and treatments to people living with a disability. Services are specifically tailored to our client’s goals and level of function.

Gold Coast Physiotherapy

Our compassionate Physios work with clients to maintain, rehabilitate or improve their physical capacity that may be affected by injury or a disability.

Our services start with a comprehensive assessment and Physiotherapy program that considers your current health, lifestyle, recreation and how you want to live your life.

We work with paediatrics, adults and older adults. Physiotherapy is available under the NDIS, homecare private and DVA schemes.

Gold Coast Occupational Therapy

We provide caring Occupational Therapy services to clients of all ages, including paediatrics and adults of all ages.

Our services are usually delivered in the home environment. However, we go where your goals take us. People may need OT support at work, school, university and everywhere in between.

Our patient-directed services include assessments, equipment prescription, minor home modifications through to functional rehabilitation.

Our OTs are all university-qualified and you will receive expert communication, reporting and follow-up support.

Gold Coast NDIS

Vista Healthcare is a NDIS registered provider of Physio and OT.

We are proud to work with NDIA managed, self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. We partner with many NDIS support organisations to help people achieve their meaningful goals.

NDIS services include Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), NDIS assessments, plan reviews , Assistive Technology requests, rehabilitation, exercise programs, hydrotherapy, mobility equipment.

Gold Coast Home Care

We provide caring Physiotherapy & Occupational Therapy to homecare package clients in Gold Coast.

We support basic to high care needs (levels 1-4).

We help people live at home for longer, living safe and meaningful lives.

We partner with approved homecare providers and help them maintain compliance with Aged Care quality indicators.

NDIS

We provide private home visits to NDIS participants who find it convenient to receive services in the comfort of their homes.

Vista Healthcare is committed to helping NDIS participants reach their meaningful goals. We strive to work alongside all stakeholders involved in an individual’s care to maximise their outcomes.

HOLDERS of HOME CARE PACKAGE and Short Term Restorative Care (STRC)

Our therapist visits the client in the comfort of their home ( including retirement village) saving them time and inconvenience of travelling.

Therapist will assess client and plan intervention to meet the goals that the client wants to achieve. This could be falls prevention, assessment of home safety, recommendation of walking aids, post-surgical rehabilitation or to improve general strength and conditioning.

We help the elderly clients to live in the comfort of their house safely and for as long as possible.

DVA Clients

Upon receiving a referral from client’s GP, we will organise a time and conduct a home visit to provide Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy service to meet our client’s goal.

Private Patients

All Vista Healthcare therapist are AHPRA registered thus eligible to see clients who refer themselves for our service. Client can pay and make any eligible from their private health fund or medicare.
