About Us
The Cittamani Hospice Service is a Buddhist based organisation providing at-home-hospice services for people with a life limiting illness since 1996. The agency offers free in home palliative care including specialist nursing, volunteer respite, counselling and emotional support for clients (and their families) facing terminal illness. We also offer bereavement support.
