Graceville Centre – Lutheran Nambour

Graceville has worked across the Sunshine Coast community for over 40 years.  Our service administration is located in Nambour.  However we support people all over the coast. 

Gracveille has  a number of programs.  And works in partnership wtih other services to deliver programs in the community.

Graceville has two main streams of support.  1. Indivuduals living with an intellectual or cognitive disability and 2. Individuals living with mental illness or mental health issues.

All programs focus on assisting and supporting indivudals to live the life of their choosing.  We walk beside indivudals on their personal journey.

We have a number of accommodation programs plus we go out and support people in their own homes or those who are living with family members.

We offer a comprehensive program aimed at strenghing skills and maximising community involvment.  Programs are tailored to meet your needs.  We offer a wide spectrum of support from day to day routines, living skills to complex high needs arrangments.

Graceville is one service of Lutheran Community Care who operates servcies throughout Queensland providing disability, family, youth, mental health and aged care services.
