Millmerran Ponyclub

Millmerran Pony Club has monthly rallies at the Millmerran showgrounds on the Cecil Plains Road, the first Sunday of each month from february to November. With four qualified instructors attending at each meet, our 25 members are broken up into groups depending on their ability. Each group then works on a rotation moving from jumping to flatwork to mounted games and sporting. A BBQ lunch is followed by a horsemanship lecture. To make sure each of our members individual interests are catered for, the Millmerran Pony Club organises three specialist schools per year with imported instructors. For our end-of-year break up we go on a trail ride with a camp over and our awards are given. Our gymkhana/campdraft is always the last weekend in June with large numbers making the trip to attend year after year. With fantastic facilities and well maintained equipment the Millmerran Pony Club is a popular entity in the Millmerran horse district.
