Reconnect - Toowoomba

Reconnect is a community-based program supporting young people aged 12 - 18 who are experiencing homelessness/ at risk of becoming homeless or experiencing family conflict, living in Toowoomba & for young people aged 12-21 who are new to the region. Reconnect aims to prevent homelessness by providing accommodation, counselling, mediation and support, with a strong emphasis on family reconciliation and community engagement. Young people either can self-refer, or be referred by anyone with links to the young person including family members; friends; schools; police and youth justice; housing and accommodation services; Centrelink; and other community services.
