Standard items:
Stock of trestle tables, 13 large white tables for 8 people, modular staging system that can be set up in any room access to Finishing Kitchen by booking, lift access to all levels except the basement, high speed Wi-Fi with ability to create private network for clients, limited liquor licence on premises. White boards available for use. Total of 300 chairs available across the venue Rest rooms, including ambulant facilities located through the H.W.Foyer.

4. Library (Use limited and by special arrangement)

6. Basement
Capacity: 25
Facilities and inclusions:
Historic setting, with multiple rooms.
Houses part of the BMIs physical Courier, Star and Argus newspaper collections.
Limited availability due to access and capacity restrictions.
No standard infrastructure but can be coordinated with venue.

Minerva: $130/hr or $1300 for full day. Humffray:$100/hr or $1000 for full day. H.W.Foyer: $100/3hr hire $25/each additional hour. Hooper Room: $100/3hr hire $25/each additional hour. Library/Reading Room and Basement by arrangment
