Psychology Session: One-on-one sessions with a registered psychologist to work through life challenges. Available in-person at our Kew practice or online via telehealth. Medicare rebates may apply with a GP Mental Health Care Plan.

ADHD Support and assessment: Sessions to help understand and manage ADHD, following Australian healthcare guidelines. Includes assessment options and ongoing support.

Mental Health Support: Support for people experiencing anxiety or depression. Sessions focus on understanding experiences and developing helpful strategies.

Breathwork Sessions: Structured breathing practice with a registered psychologist, combining breathing techniques with psychology support.

Language Options: • Services available in English and Spanish

• Spanish sessions provided by a Spanish-speaking registered psychologist
