Breakthru Family Mental Health Support Service (FMHSS) is a free, early intervention mental health program for young people aged 0-18. Breakthru Family Mental Health Support Service (FMHSS) is a free, early intervention mental health program for young people aged 0-18. We provide one on one support, school-based group programs, and school holiday activities promoting the development of emotional regulation, social skills, respectful relationships, self-esteem, and strategies for coping with family/social conflict.
