* Information, advocacy, referral and support for applicants in family violence situations seeking intervention orders
* Duty lawyer service for applicants seeking an intervention order at the family violence division of the Heidelberg Magistrates Court: Monday to Tuesday and Thursday to Friday
* Legal outreach to Reservoir
* Legal outreach for young persons at Northland Youth Centre
* VOCAT casework: assisting with crime compensation applications
* Outreach to Men's and Women's Prisons in Victoria
* Divorce application workshops
* Legal education, campaigning and law reform work
