About Us
This is a single lap course running counter–clockwise around Bibra Lake. It is quite a flat course.Runners start on the shared path, on the west side of Bibra Lake, south of the playground and amenities. Follow the shared path south for several hundred metres, before turning east to follow the red/brown shared path around the south of the lake, keeping the lake close on our left hand side. Follow the path as it leads away from the lake, before turning left to head north. There will be a water tap and some toilets on the right hand side of the path. Keep on following the path north until it comes to a T junction, then turn left again to head west back towards the lake, and stay on the grey shared path, which will veer back towards a northerly direction, eventually coming to another left turn towards the northern end of the lake. Follow the path around the northern edge of the lake, then a short left turn before Progress drive (still on the grey shared path), to head south towards the finish line, which will be marked and ends just off the shared path Facilities Toilets, including disabled toilets, located near the Progress Drive and Gwilliam Drive intersection. Two parking areas at the lake itself plus one large parking area at Adventure World (across the road from the lake and quite close to the start line.) Two playgrounds – one enclosed. BBQ facilities.
