Central Great Southern Community

The Western Australia Health District region of Central Great Southern has an approximate area of 27,000 km².

It is comprised of the suburbs of Boilup, Borden, Broomehill Village, Glencoe, Gnowangerup, Marracoonda, Moojebing, Murdong, Ongerup, Pinwernying, South Datatine, South Glencoe, Tambellup and Woodanilling.

It is comprised of 55 localities including Amelup, Badgebup, Beaufort River, Bobalong, Borderdale, Boscabel, Boxwood Hill, Boyerine, Bremer Bay, Broomehill East, Broomehill West, Carrolup, Cartmeticup, Changerup, Cherry Tree Pool, Coblinine, Cowalellup, Coyrecup, Cranbrook, Dartnall, Ewlyamartup, Frankland River, Gairdner, Jackitup and Jacup.

It is comprised of the councils of Broomehill-tambellup, Cranbrook, Gnowangerup, Katanning, Kent, Kojonup and Woodanilling plus parts of Jerramungup and Shire Of Plantagenet.

It is surrounded by the health districts of Blackwood, Lower Great Southern, South East Coastal, Southern Wheatbelt and Warren.

It is within the state electorate of Wagin.

It is within the federal electorate of O'connor.
