Lower Great Southern Community

The Western Australia Health District region of Lower Great Southern has an approximate area of 11,000 km².

It is comprised of 53 suburbs including Bayonet Head, Big Grove, Bornholm, Bow Bridge, Centennial Park, Collingwood Heights, Cuthbert, Drome, Elleker, Frenchman Bay, Gledhow, Goode Beach, Green Valley, Hazelvale, Kentdale, King River, Kordabup, Kronkup, Lange, Little Grove, Lockyer, Lower King, Lowlands, Marbelup and Mckail plus parts of another 7 suburbs.

It is comprised of 27 localities including Cheynes, Denbarker, Forest Hill, Gnowellen, Green Range, Kalgan, Kendenup, Kojaneerup South, Manypeaks, Mettler, Mount Barker, Mount Lindesay, Mount Romance, Napier, Narrikup, Palmdale, Perillup, Porongurup, Redmond, Redmond West, Rocky Gully, Scotsdale, South Stirling, Takalarup and Trent plus parts of Hay.

It is comprised of parts of the councils of Albany, Shire Of Denmark and Shire Of Plantagenet.

It is surrounded by the health districts of Central Great Southern and Warren.

It is comprised of the state electorate of Albany plus parts of Wagin and Warren-blackwood.

It is within the federal electorate of O'connor.
